Stainless Steel Mini-D & Mini-E Flex Ducts

Ideal for handling hot fumes, corrosive exhausts or high velocity air streams

Clevaflex Mini-D & Mini-E Flexible Ducts are corrugated, stainless steel, flexible ducts with interlocked seams that are folded flat for airtightness, strength and flexibility. Both these flexible ducts are ideally suited for handling hot fumes, corrosive exhausts and high velocity air streams, and are capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mini-D has a single-ply construction with a 50 percent overlap, while Mini-E is a single ply with no overlap. Clevaflex Mini-D and Mini-E ducts are manufactured using Type 304 stainless steel material.

Mini-D & Mini-E Specifications:

  • Nominal IDs:
    • Various sizes ranging from 22 mm to 457 mm (7/8” to 18”)
    • Additional IDs can be developed based on customer requirements
  • Lengths: Any length available up to a maximum continuous length of 100 feet
  • End Retainer Rings: Stainless steel end retainer rings are currently available for IDs of 22 mm, 24 mm, 30 mm, 38mm and 70 mm. A stainless steel edging can be supplied for other IDs.
  • Sleeve Construction
    • Mini-D: Single ply with 50 percent overlap
    • Mini-E: Single ply
  • Materials: .004” Stainless Steel T304
